Deep Awareness Technique helps you to evaluate and, if necessary, change your perception of yourself, your partner and your relationship.  We help you to see the bigger picture from a new point of view and change your own behaviour patterns and expectations.

A discussion will take place to decide on the format, the number of sessions and additional support between sessions.  It is beneficial for both partners to participate in the process, in separate sessions.
