Jet lag is the body’s inability to cope with travelling across time zones rapidly.
The sun is shining but your body and mind are telling you that you should be asleep. Or you are wide awake in the middle of night. Some people adjust to the new time zone in a few days, but others can take up to two weeks or longer.
