Sleep is the most important need of the body. Some of the symptoms of sleep problems are the quality and duration of your sleep, insomnia and early waking.

Disrupted sleep is sometimes caused when your mind recaps recent events and reminds you of unresolved issues. Sometimes anxiety disrupts sleep patterns.

DAtechnique® Deep Awareness Technique teaches you ways to interrupt these cycles and enables you to achieve a peaceful sleep.  This is done by teaching you deep relaxation and special visualisation techniques to facilitate quality sleep.

Jet lag is the body’s inability to cope with travelling across time zones rapidly.

The sun is shining but your body and mind are telling you that you should be asleep.  Or you are wide awake in the middle of night.  Some people adjust to the new time zone in a few days, but others can take up to two weeks or longer.

To stay awake you can drink caffeinated drinks. To sleep you can swallow pills. Most of these work just for a short while, and then your mind and body start the fight again.  Caffeine and pills do not convince your mind to adopt the local time.

One session of hypnotherapy can actually bring you to the time zone in which you need to be.  It changes your mindset and provides you with non chemical, practical tools to adjust your body time clock.
