Your sessions, the important part
If you take the program as a package, after our initial session you will have six hours to use as 1-2-1 sessions over a period of time, alternatively you can book your sessions one at a time as and when you feel the need. An average session takes approximately and hour and a half. We recommend that the initial sessions are 3-4 weeks apart. The aim of these sessions are;
- To ensure the plan is designed for your personality and individual needs.
- To make sure that visualising and keeping your goal alive becomes a habit.
- The plan is updated as you progress depending on the changes you made in your life or to re adjust you.
- To ensure that the information you have received during the workshop or the initial meeting is embedded.
- To teach you our ‘alert eating method’.
