With it’s roots firmly in DAtechnique® Deep Awareness Technique and self hypnosis, It teaches you how to use meditation in a different way for positive outcomes.
It shows you how to reach your inner guide by using relaxation and deepening techniques. Once you establish contact with your inner guide it aims to make using your inner guide a daily habit when you are trying to find answers and solutions for positive living.
Kaleidoscope Meditation can be used when you are seeking solutions to many issues in your life such as habits, addictions, controlling your weight, stress or to make good decisions - it’s all up to your creativity.
