With it’s roots firmly in DAtechnique® Deep Awareness Technique and self hypnosis, it teaches you how to use daydreaming for positive outcomes. It shows you how to reach your inner guide by using relaxation and deepening techniques. Once you establish contact with your inner guide it aims to make using your inner guide a daily habit when you are trying to find answers and solutions for positive living. Kaleidoscope Meditation can be used when you are seeking solutions to many issues in your life such as habits, addictions, controlling your weight, stress or to make good decisions - it’s all up to your creativity. We teach you how to focus on creating your own plan as the best plan is the one you make for yourself with your own resources. Part Two: Guided Practice What makes Kaleidoscope Meditation different from the other methods is this guided practice session. This guided practice session lays the foundations in your mind to fast track you to a quick start and establish your own style.
