Information provided on this website is intended to explain Living Techniques, DAtechnique®, clinical hypnotherapy, coaching and the programmes and techniques I offer.
Website information is for general information and should not be considered a substitute for individual medical, psychiatric or other professional healthcare advice.
Sessions
Before commencing work together, we will normally have an initial conversation to discuss what you would like help with and whether my approach is appropriate for you.
Sessions may take place online or face-to-face depending on the programme, technique and individual circumstances.
The proposed approach, expected session format and applicable fees will be discussed with you before you commit to working together.
Results
Everyone is different and responses to hypnotherapy, coaching and personal-development techniques vary.
While the purpose of our work is to help you create positive and meaningful change, no particular result or outcome can be guaranteed.
Your participation, circumstances and commitment to the process can all influence your experience and progress.
Medical and psychological care
Living Techniques does not provide emergency medical or psychiatric services.
My work should not be used as a replacement for appropriate medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
For some circumstances or techniques, I may ask you to obtain approval or advice from your doctor or another appropriate healthcare professional before we work together.
If I believe that my services are not appropriate for your needs, I may recommend that you seek assistance from another suitably qualified professional.

Fees and any applicable cancellation or rescheduling arrangements will be explained before sessions are booked.
Clients are responsible for attending agreed appointments and providing reasonable notice if an appointment needs to be changed.
