What Is Size Matters?

The Size Matters Plan is designed for you if you want to manage your weight in a way that truly fits your personality, your lifestyle, your goals and most importantly into your mind

Size Matters structured to keep up with your progress and changing needs. Size Matters sessions are booked one at a time, allowing you to progress through the program at your own pace.
On average, six sessions are enough to empower you and set you on the right path.

  • Session length: ~1 hour

  • Recommended spacing: Every 3–4 weeks

  • Continuously embed key information shared in previous sessions
