I’m the creator of DAtechnique® – Deep Awareness Technique, a unique approach designed to help you unlock your potential, overcome personal challenges and create lasting, positive change.  I have advanced skills in neuro linguistic programming and coaching  and I am a fully trained and qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, registered with leading professional bodies including GHR, GHSC, and CNHC in the UK.

Working with clients worldwide, I combine DAtechnique® with proven clinical hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming , and coaching methods to help people just like you achieve meaningful results and success.

My focus is simple. I am here to help you achieve positive, practical and lasting results—with a plan designed especially for you.

I’m often asked, “So, what exactly are you? A psychiatrist? A counsellor? Just another life coach?”  The truth is, I’m none of these—and a little bit of all of them in some ways.

I’m highly trained, fully qualified and experienced but most importantly, I’m here to help you create real change and success with my skills and abilities.

I’m not here to hand out miracle cures or hide behind trendy titles. Instead, I work alongside you as your personal guide—a kind of “life GPS”—helping you find the simplest, most effective route to your goals. Sometimes, that means asking the tough questions and giving honest answers but always with one purpose - moving you forward and helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting countless people from all over the World, helping them turn challenges into opportunities and ideas into reality.

I always have a casual, no-obligation chat with you before we decide together whether working together will benefit you.

For some topics—such as smoking cessation—our initial discussion may take a little longer but typically 20 minutes is enough for us both to know if we’re a good fit and how I can best support you.

​I will be very honest with you because if I feel you will not benefit from my work I will not allow you to waste time and money.
