Due to current social distancing requirements we have introduced a new system for ALL sessions, click here for the new Online Sessions
The Sessions
Prior to booking your first appointment we will hold a short phone or online discussion to discuss and understand your issue. This gives you the opportunity to find a little more about what I do and how I do it and ensure that I can actually help you and tailor my support for you needs. This also give me the opportunity to prepare your first session.
Part of the first session will be our opportunity to discuss your issues more in depth and discuss how our techniques can help you. At this stage, if you have any questions they will all be answered as the aim is to make sure you understand everything including our plans for your treatment. A typical appointment lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Before you leave after your first session we may discuss your experience if you so wish. You will also have the opportunity to ask further questions.
My aim is always to resolve your issue in one session however, some issues may require extra sessions or a structured programme. This will be discussed with you accordingly.
Some issues may require a clearance from your doctor and you will be advised this during our initial telephone conversation.
