Deep Awareness Technique helps you to control your weight in a way that suits your personality, your life style and your goals. The first question you are asked is 'what do you think you should be doing'? The second question is, what suits you best?
The program aims to help you to manage your weight for life with your own plan and without having to stress with fad diets. The reason some diets either don't work or you put the weight back on afterwards is due to the ‘stress’ you create for yourself and it being a plan for the masses rather than just you. Deep Awareness Technique sessions could actually eliminate this stress and we work together to create your own plan which is driven by your target. Your focus will be on your target rather than the process itself. Your sessions, the important part
Our First Session
Our first session can be either face to face or an online/telephone meeting. The aim of the first session is to find out what you think about achieving the size you desire and what you thoughts are. I also would like to find out more about your life style and your personal wishes. Before we start making your plan together I will also provide you with the following;

If you take the program as a package, after our initial session you will have six hours to use as 1-2-1 sessions over a period of time, alternatively you can book your sessions one at a time as and when you feel the need. An average session takes approximately and hour and a half. We recommend that the initial sessions are 3-4 weeks apart. The aim of these sessions are;
